There's a couple of ways to do this.



1) We'll have contests every so once and a while, like &quot;Most Interesting Character Design&quot;. You win, you get waiver!



2) Some orgs or teams require you to have a special ability. If You're already at the max, but you want to get in, you can have that ability on top of the rest if you get in.



(Note: Teams and Orgs that have this MUST have some kind of interview process.)
